Dayton Music Fest taking ‘08 submissions
Organizers of the annual Dayton Music Festival have announced that they will begin taking band submissions for this year’s festival next month.
The announcement was made through a blog post on myspace.com and states that submissions will begin March 1st and will end June 29.
Like in previous years, local bands who are interested in performing at the DMF ‘08 can go to www.daytonmusicfest.com and upload their music. Only bands who apply online through this process will be considered for the final line-up.
The popular and successful local and regional music festival is set to happen in October. Last year’s festival included 28 bands at 6 Dayton clubs featuring many of the city’s biggest and most accomplished acts.
