The Professors return
Something has been missing around the streets of Dayton; the swagger and sounds of the Professors.
It has been four months since the 70’s throwback rock band has taken the stage and filled the air with screams, organs, and energy.
But, the Professors will end their show-less drought Thursday, July 26th, when the band performs at Walnut Hills. Show starts at 10 pm.
In a recent blog written on the band’s myspace page (myspace.com/theprofessors) the band explained their absence as “time to write a new set and work on a new record.”
The blog, which playfully refers to the band as the “TP5” or the Professors five, states that the band hopes to have the new album out by late summer.
I can not wait.
