Forget Cassettes at the Nite Owl on Friday August 18th is a must see. This band is one of WOXY.com’s favorites and is in town to support their brand new cd. Also on the bill: My Goodness Gracious, Marah Mar, and Bananna Hands.

If your more into an acoustic, singer/songwriter check out Hammel on Trial at Canal Street on Friday August 18th. He is a funny, political singer who plays his own brand of ‘punk-acoustic.’
