I can’t believe no one nominated Olive, an Urban Dive! I should have gotten here earlier and done that…

I can’t believe the headline on the front page for this article started out “Since YOUR in the mood….” I guess editors have just been completely replaced by spellcheck. Shaking my head….

Can’t believe like the other comments that Rue Dumaine didn’t make the list. So much for looking at these surveys for potential places to dine.

I can’t believe that the Tavernette in Medway isn’t on the list. Where else can you enjoy the best steak in town (griddled), enjoy the cold appetizer plate, have a bartender and server in a tuxedo, and be surrounded by a 7-figure toy collection. Put it on your bucket list!

SAKE Japenese on Miller Lane is out of this world great, and prepared in front of you! Oakwood is fantastic for Steak as Well

The Melting Pot has to be the hands down winner in this category. We went for Valentine’s Day this year and last year and we’ll never go anywhere else. The ambiance and excellent service is the BEST! As for the Rue Dumaine comments…no thanks. Glad they’re moving.

Gotta be The Hawthorn Grill. A perfect date nite with excellent food and a personal, candle lit setting!

Valentine’s Day at Ameila’s was the best one ever! How romantic to have your appetizer set aflame at your table. The food and the servers were awesome. Definitely will be going back on a monthly basis if not weekly!

Our Valentine’s Day we spent at Amelia’s in Bellbrook. The Bleu Cheese Filet Mignon was the biggest 7 oz I’ve ever seen. It just melted in our mouths. The desserts were fantastic. Their bread pudding is outstanding! I don’t know what Amelia’s does to get the best taste food in Dayton, but we’ve traveled around the world and eaten at the finest restaurants and Amelia’s ranks as top notch.

What about worse dining experience. Amelai’s restaurant would win!! Way Over priced for bad food and owners that do not care

Amelia’s Bistro is one of the best kept secrets in the Dayton area. The staff is very friendly and professional they make the dining experience absolutely amazing . The food is unbelievable my husband had the Filet which was the best ,I ordered the Chicken Cheasapeake WOW . The music in lounge was a great touch and we thoroughly enjoyed our experience and that is what we had an amazing experience
