Not a single place in Huber Heights? What about 2009 co-winner Old Glory Cafe? What a slight to overlook an entire city!

@HungryHuber Sorry about that. We accidentally missed Old Glory when making the poll. It’s been added now. Thanks for letting us know.

We have been eating at Old Glory since it first opened. The food and service is top shelf. Try their Saturday breakfasts. Everything is made from scratch, (pancake and waffle batter etc.) It’s a treat you will not want to miss.

If you want a Mom and Pop then you need the Mom and Pop cooking the food. That is what you get at Miss Molly’s. Molly cooks breakfast and lunch and Kevin cooks the dinners. Best food, great prices and and a down-home feel that makes you want to stay and visit a while.

My husband and I have been eating at Olde Glory Cafe and Sweet Shoppe for two years! It’s our favorite place to eat no matter what time it is! Wonderful food and it’s nice to be remembered and not have to tell them what you drink as Janet is quite good at remembering people and their wants!

Peggy and I have been going to OLD GLORY regularly, since Jim Bucher presented it to the Dayton area. We have taken family and friends and some have asked us to take them back..Food, service, price and ambiance is always “top notch”

I love Old Glory Cafe! The food is delicious and plentiful. You’ve got a variety of food to choose from, anywhere from soups to deli sandwiches, from salads to wraps, from hotdogs to hamburgers, from french fries to onion rings. And don’t forget dessert! They are homemade and you can even top it off with ice cream! Janet’s peanut butter pie is the best! The atmostsphere is countrified on one side and the other side is a fifties style look. The owners, Ron & Janet Campbell are great people! So, check the place out! You won’t be dissapointed!

Old Glory is a fantastic restaurant!!! “Yeah Right” - obviously you have never tried it. My family and I eat there frequently. How is the competition rigged when you can only vote one time??? Try Old Glory and you will see why they are getting so many votes!

Have to say that Old Glory deserves the acclaim I see here. Their pick two is one of my favorites because I can get a nice salad with a generous half shaved turkey sandwich. If you haven’t been, give it a try—you won’t regret it.

I Love Mis Molly’s Bakery &Cafe`, It is a wonderfull little place. Tucked away in the quaint village of Farmersville in Jackson Township, Montgomery County. Miss Molly’s is my favorite place to eat. The people that work there put there hearts and souls in to every thing they prepare. A friendly, relaxing atmosphere, and of course the most delisouse food around at a price that really helps to stretch the old family budget. My advice to any of you looking to get out of the rat race for a few hours, is to head south on RT4 from Dayton to enjoy a great meal and a step back to a simpler time. Enjoy and God bless.

Old Glory Cafe is a must-try!! Everything is made to order and from scratch. Janet and Ron are the owners and cook everything themselves, every day. Best meatloaf and peanut butter pie I have ever had! Check out their website for their extensive menu www.oldglorycafe.com!

Hands down, Miss Molly’s is the best place around— they have everything you could ever want on their menu. Their breakfast ranges from homemade pastries to pancakes and french toast to over stuffed omletes and breakfast burritos and you can’t forget their delicious biscuts and gravy. They also have great lunch and dinner’s. They have wraps and hamburgers and so much more. Sometimes they have a prime rib breakfast special— amazing and all the prices are great!

What about KJ’s in Germantown? Good home cooking. Breakfast offered all day. Homemade pies, ice cream and cinnamon rolls (not store bought actually made in the kitchen). A wide variety of food, daily specials and great prices.

We often ate lunch late just so we could stop here. I have no complaints on anything I ever ordered, and ordered many times to just to taste and try to duplicate the seasonings at home. I love to cook and love good food. It is worth the country drive.

We just went and gave The Old Glory Cafe a try - it was excellent! Everything was great. Love the way its decorated. The food was great as well. Both my husband and I loved it. He tried the fried pickles and buffalo chicken sandwich and I tried the onion rings and chicken quesadilla’s. We also tried the peanut butter pie and apple pie. Everything we tried was excellent. I’m trying to think of anything that I could suggest to change or fix but I’m not coming up with anything. Will most definately return.

Several of my lady friends and I have gone to Olde Glory Cafe in Huber Heights many times after going to the movies. We always enjoy the good food and atmosphere. The service is excellent and we appreciate family style restaurants much more than the chain restaurants that you see every town you go to. You get variety in the food and decor and you know the people who serve you are glad you have come to their business.

I have been eating at Miss Molly’s since she opened. It’s probably safe to say that I eat at least 70% of my meals there. The food is superb, and the atmosphere is great. Molly not only cooks the meals, but also delivers them when she can. It’s a gathering place for the “local’s”, I look forward to going in each morning to get caught up on what’s going on.

Flavours Restaurant in Centerville Ohio is the place to go for a wonderful lunch. It is just a small place with so much flavor and taste a real treat! I am from New York and was so surprised by their extensive menu and quality of food. A real treat, I think that Bobby Flay should have a throw down here !
