Have to agree with the expert……Hinders has the best and it’s really not even close.

I disagree, have you ever been to Bunkers? The wings are huge, the biggest around. And they make their own sauces. Dorthy Lane market carries them. My favorite is the Spicy Garlic sauce.

Hinder’s is a close second for sure, but the best wings in Dayton aren’t even on this list…if you want quality wings go to Jimmy’s Cornerstone Bar and Grill on Brown Street. Definitely the biggest and best wings in Dayton

Just for the record, I think all of the restaurants charge too much for what is basically a cheap throw-away chicken part. Or at least it used to be… Frickers…? Not! Would you like a little chicken to go with that grease? The one on Woodman is generally passable, the one on 725 going into Centerville is TERRIBLE! BW3’s - too little for the price. WAY overrated, WAY overpriced. Quaker State… I think they are overrated but they do have a huge selection of sauces. Roosters is passable and I think better than Frickers. I know… Roosters is a spin off chain from Frickers. For a quick wing fix, I like the Wing Zone on 741. Good size and flavor.

Who ever picked BW3’s as the best wings must not be over 13 years old and never been anywhere else. BW3’s is all skin and bones, no meat.

the butt-Kickers are good at Hinders and all BUT Bunkers Spicy Garlic wings are by far the best anywhere. The sauces are homeade and the portions are GREAT and it has a local-owned hometown feel. Can’t beat it!!

If you haven’t tried Bunker’s, you don’t know the best! Big, crunchy and juicy, half drums - not just a few. Teriyaki Garlic with a side of bleu washed down with a cold 22: Heaven!

Bunkers wings are twice the size of the other competitors, PLUS the sauces are home made, not just Tabasco straight out of a jug. Very competitive compared to the others… Congrats on “Best Sports Bar” You deserved it!

Hinder’s has the best I have had. I have been hearing about Bunker’s, but haven’t tried them yet. As for BW-3’s, their quality has been plunging for years.

I haven’t tried a lot of the places listed, but I like Fricker’s, 8 Ball & All Stars Bar/Grill. I would like to try Bunkers, based on these comments. I don’t like Rooster’s wings, which taste greasy and over-cooked to me.

Roscoe’s at the corner of Leo and Troy are the best wings I have had outside of Buffalo. They are the best, made fresh to order. Only downfall, not open on Sunday’s.

How about Beef O’Bradys?
By Rick

Okay, o’brady’s is a joke. Frickers cannot compare to the Best Which Is Bunkers. In Vandalia, they are a block apart. Here is your challenge, oh Frickers voters. Try both the same day. You Will Find Bunkers has better service, management more dedicated to the customer, twice the meat per wing, crunchy AND juicy, not dry and bony, plus 5 drums per order of 10, instead of 3/10 at the “F” word’s. And it costs less! WINNER!

30 years ago wings were cheap, until everybody and their brother started selling them. Every pizza chain now sells them too, which has driven prices through the roof. Might as well buy Tyson frozen Hot Wings rather than most of these so-called wing restaurants….

HUGE wings, handmade suaces, light breading makes them crisp but juicy. they are made to order and include cerery and ranch / bc. im a wing whore…….ive had everyones wings in this list. yes there are some great wings listed, but archers are the best in my book. go try them and make up your own mind….its worth the drive.

Archers! I have had 2/3 of the wings on this list including Bunkers. Archers in Centerville no doubt takes the prize. But if i have to pick from the list it would be Bunkers.

Bunkers by a mile! Not only are the wings awesome, but so is everything else they serve. Best salads, best breakfast, best nightly specials, you name it and the quality is top notch. Who cant love a place with a GIANT portrait of Woody Hayes above the bar? Even all the Browns fans that hang there cant keep me away!

Bunkers by far!!!!!!! Greasy food??? Are you Nuts???? You obviously are just a hater who works at some lame place that can not get any votes. Ugly girls???? Go in there and see if one of those hits on you they are way out of your league. Those girls are sweet fun and amazing servers. You must not be from Vandalia cause we know where we can get awesome food and it’s Bunkers

What? No Talegator’s? That is a crime! They, by far, have the best wings in town! They are big and meaty and you get your money’s worth. If you haven’t tried the Thai wings there, you are definately missing out! They should be added to the list!

I would rather eat sh*t than any thing at Frickers. Disgusting food, sauces, and the wait to get the food is rediculous. BW3 has a good selection of sauces but Roosters is where it’s at!!!!!!!! To bad you have a good chance at getting shot eating there….
