Sorry, but I don’t think Elsa’s is a sports bar.

Elsa’s is NOT a sports bar and having 3 small tv’s behind the bar is hardly the BEST place to watch sports! The Sports Deck is closed, and Fricker’s food sucks!

I agree with Sue and Duke Fan. Elsa’s may have the Best Margarita but they are not a Sports Bar.

Elsa’s Sports Grill in Kettering is a sports bar. They have wide screen tv’s throughout the whole restaurant and have added a new large flat screen out on the patio. You must all be thinking of the other Elsa’s restaurants. Try the one in Kettering on the corner of Stroop and Marshall. You will be hooked!

Talegator’s is the best! Great food, great atmosphere and BEST parking. Elsa’s parking is AWFUL. Plus the owners ROCK. :)

The best time I ever had watching a game at a bar was when Ohio State and Michigan played and were ranked #1 and #2. This was at the BW3’s in Englewood, and it was a huge party. The waitresess did the Sloopy song on the bar and I have never heard it so loud in a bar.

Fricker’s on Route 40 on Sunday and Monday nights is the best!

Definitely missing some bars. While they may not be “sports” bar’s, there are certainly some on here that do not belong in that category.

While I enjoy elsas in Kettering, it is not the first place I would go to watch a game, it is small when the patio is closed, and they barely have any TV’s must be employees voting. BW3, Frickers with great beer prices and all sports with lots of TV’s are way better for watching football although the Bad juans are great at elsas.

Buncker’s has amazing food ! The staff is great and so is the atmosphere ! They have great food in all categories, apps. dinner & dessert. They also are active members of Vandalia’s little town. Donating food for events and recently for the 4 families involved in a horrible crash ! They are truly the whole package !

I don’t know what Elsa’s you are all referring to. The one in Kettering has ample parking in the front and on the side and they have over 25 TV’s throughout the place. They also have just upgraded to flat screens just about everywhere. The food is great. They show every game available be it NFL, College, Hockey, basketball, baseball, etc. And no, I am not an employee. All of us regulars have been voting!!

There’s something to be said for a Sports Bar that can feel like home-away-from-home. Bunkers makes you feel welcome and comfortable. They have delicious food and a great staff, too.

Bunkers is a family owned 1 location business with the BEST home-cooked food in the Dayton area. Try their breakfast on Saturday and Sunday. Why spend money with corporations? Spend money with people like yourself!

Bunkers is a fantastic place to go because first of all… it’s family owned and the family is great. 2nd…. the food is wonderful and very inexpensive for how much you get. 3rd…. they cater to all sports fans not just one team. You would be crazy not to make the drive and check this place out.

This poll is a waste of time. The best sports bar in town is the closest one to where you live that has big screen TV’s, cold beer and good food. Drive 3 miles down the road and the answer changes.

The only complaint about Elsa’s Kettering location is the fact that droves of Kettering PD Cruisers likes to sit and pick off people as they leave. I support making things safe but don’t concentrate on the drivers who are sober..geez…Must be really needing those tax dollars Kettering.

I hate loud bright sports bars. Bunkers atmosphere is a lot softer, plus the wait staff can handle a crowd better. Matt is ready to convert to the Bengals or Steelers…shhhh it’s a secret, ask him, he will confirm it.

Chumps is the best sports bar hands down. It has HD tv’s everywhere, the food is fantastic,(the food rivals some if the best restaurants in town, if you don’t believe it, try the tuna or the ribs), and the service is second to none. If you haven’t tried it, you’re missing out
