JD’S in Englewood is the most awesome ice cream place around. They have a different flavor of the day every day plus the everyday flavors everyone likes. If you haven’t tried it you don’t know what you are missing!!!!

I am not surprised at all that JD’s is winning. Their product is sooo good, and really high quality. My favorite flavor? Peanut butter and brownie, or maybe one of their sundaes like strawberry sensation with a chocolate dipped strawberry. Don’t let my husband know, but I think the kids and I visit at least three times a week! If your hungry for dinner, they are in with a great BBQ place called OinkADoodleMoo. If you want to support local businesses and get a delicious treat and a fun atmosphere stop by. Its worth the drive.

JD’s does’nt serve mint ice cream, what a shame. Culvers in Troy should be on the list.

Graeters got my vote here, but even they are a poor second to the best in Ohio: Tom’s Ice Cream Bowl in Zanesville, Ohio. Its made on site, portions are crazy-large and have the best cooked redskins in the world, should you get their tin-roof.

Got to be JD’s! I had my first experience last year and I have been addicted ever since! It’s delish! I think they have the best peanut butter sauce in the world.

Nothing tops Baskin Robbins Pralines and Cream, except maybe their Jamoca Almond Fudge. Heavenly!!!

The great thing about JD’s besides the great flavors is that the custard is made fresh daily and it is continually made fresh all day.The custard you are served is never more than a couple hours old. Fresh and creamy, that’s what it’s all about.

JD’s all the way! Take it from a fat man. I have eaten at everyone on the list and they are all good, but JD’s is in a whole new catagory. Frozen cutard. I was shocked at how good it was. I am trying every flavor.

You have got to try JD’s! If its all about taste there is no comparison. My family drives all the way from Greene County to Englewood. It’s the new number one. I hope they open one here so I can save on gas and buy more custard!

Graeter’s has the best ice cream in the country. They make it in Cincinnati the old fashioned way. Try it - you’ll be convinced that it is the BEST!!!!!

Cold Stone Creamery has the best ice cream by far. They make the best waffles around, the smell is great!!!! The songs they sing make your experience a great one! If you have not been to one you need to go:)

“Graeter’s makes it in Cincinnati the old fashioned way”… yeah, then they ship it out! While I do like Graeters, JD’s takes the prize. You can actually watch them make the frozen custard fresh every day! I had a peppermint concrete this week… where else can you get peppermint in July! mmm…

ColdStone is the creamiest I have had since I was a kid and grandma made it homemade… Where else can you not only pick great ice cream but pick thousands of combos from there mix-ins. the others already have them mixed in where is the fun in that

I’d have to say that JD’s is the best around here. It’s basically a staple in my wife’s diet the past two months we’ve been here. (Darn her for not gaining any weight though!)

Darn! I missed my chance to vote, but that’s OK because JD’s would have been my vote. I grew up on a dairy farm, so I know great ice cream. I’ve tried the ice cream at most of the other contenders. Those of you that insist that some other place is the best make it painfully obvious that you’ve never tried JD’s!!!!!

Looks like only Englewood voted-I would have definitely voted for the Dairy Shed or Ritters. I’ve never heard of JD’s, but I’m sure it is good
