Doyle’s ‘Hot Mess’ gets Dayton tryout

“Hot Mess in Manhattan,” a new musical developed by and starring New York cabaret performer Cait Doyle (pictured below), will get a tryout production in Dayton on Saturday, Feb. 12.

The local Encore Theater will present it for one night only, cabaret style with spectators at tables, at 8 p.m. in Building 8 of Sinclair Community College, 444 W. Third St. An earlier announcement said the show would be in the Sinclair theater building, which is Building 2. The performance will not be in Blair Hall Theatre.

Advance tickets are $15 per person or $56 for a table for four. Price will be $18 on the day of the show. Call (937) 512-2808 or go to brushfire.e-vent.info/events/sinclair/start.aspx.
