Philharmonic sells out Beatles show

The Dayton Philharmonic Orchestra’s inaugural “Rockin’ Orchestra” concert, “Classical Mystery Tour: Music of the Beatles” was all but sold out as of Wednesday, Nov. 17.

A smattering of single seats and the likelihood of a few exchanges between now and the 8 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 20, performance at the Schuster Center in Dayton were the only ones remaining.

A wide selection remains for the next two concerts in the series: “One of These Nights: Music of the Eagles,” Jan. 22, 2011, and “The Symphony Rocks: Music of Led Zeppelin,” April 2, 2011.
