Neon’s small room goes dark
The Neon Movies, 130 E. Fifth St., had to pull the plug Tuesday, Aug. 10, on showings in its small auditorium, due to technical difficulties.
That means no screenings of “The Kids Are All Right” at least until Wednesday, Aug. 11, according to manager Jonathan McNeal, who added that repairs will be made as soon as a needed part is delivered.
“We hope to be up and running,” he said, promising more information as it becomes available.
The Neon’s larger auditorium is not affected. Screenings of “Winter’s Bone” will go on there, as scheduled.
