Aerosmith show postponed

The Aerosmith show with ZZ Top scheduled to happen tonight — July 1 — at Riverbend Music Center in Cincinnati has been postponed. The Riverbend site states the following: “AEROSMITH TONIGHT IS POSTPONED! Due to an injury within the band tonight’s concert is postponed! We will announce the rescheduled date asap and tickets will still be vaild at this date.” Click here to see the Riverbend page. It may down the road in Cincinnati but we’re guessing there are plenty of folks in town planning on attending, which is why we bring it to your attention.

This band always cancells or postpone a show. How many times did they cancell in years past here in Dayton. They need to stay in there nursing homes and jam from there.

Give them a break. It took aerosmith to reach their late 50’s before canceling shows- unlike the mighty zep who were canceling entire tours in their prime. Bands have to cancel shows all the time due to health issues and if you can’t deal with it, don’t buy the ticket. Grow up. Keep rocking boys.

I have seen them numerous times around the country and never has a show cancelled that I have attended. Will be seeing them in Vegas later in the month. Hope all is well and they get back to rockin real soon! I think it is pretty damn awesome that that can still rock like they do! They have a show scheduled every other day for the next couple of months. That has to be hard for anyone well less 60+ year old guys. They are by far the best show I have seen, and I have seen a few! Not just a bunch of old guys standing around playing music. They are a true show!

Is ZZ Top still going to play? I’d enjoy them more.

Quite disappointed indeed - have tickets right up front. I think they are in L.A. for MJ’s funeral

Go back to the totally awesome '80s this weekend [things to do]

80s fashionista

"Back to the '80s," an area premiere, opens Friday, Nov. 6, for three weekends in Kettering. The retro show is an account of 1989 high school senior class, as recalled by a man in his 30s. Unrequited love, popularity (and its opposite), a debate about CDs replacing cassette tapes, student elections, a stolen speech, new kids in school and an English teacher in a magazine centerfold are among the plot lines. There are 20 songs, including "Footloose," "Girls Just Wanna Have Fun" and "You Give Love a Bad Name." Like, totally awesome! » More
